The ladder is manufactured and shipped from Ontario. since it'll too late to return for a longer ladder, we'll have to add some sort of step in the river. installed on our pier and ordered what i thought was long enough to rest on the bottom - but no. i was very happy (so was the fam) to find a ladder more like stairs.
